Welcome to Discreet Beats. By purchasing tickets, renting equipment, attending events, booking services, or using our website, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions.
1. About Discreet Beats
Discreet Beats ("Company," "we," "our," or "us") provides silent disco events, equipment rentals, DJ services, event production, and entertainment experiences throughout Colorado and beyond.
These Terms apply to all event attendees, customers, renters, clients, guests, and website users.
2. Ticket Sales
All ticket sales are final unless otherwise stated.
Tickets are non-transferable unless approved by Discreet Beats.
Discreet Beats reserves the right to change ticket prices, promotions, discounts, and availability at any time without notice.
Admission may be denied or revoked without refund for violations of these Terms, venue policies, or applicable laws.
3. Event Cancellation & Postponement
Discreet Beats reserves the right to cancel, postpone, reschedule, or modify any event due to weather, venue issues, emergencies, performer availability, safety concerns, or circumstances beyond our control.
If an event is canceled by Discreet Beats, ticket holders may receive:
A ticket transfer to a future event
Event credit
A refund at Discreet Beats' discretion
Refunds will not be issued for:
Failure to attend
Late arrival
Removal from an event
Personal scheduling conflicts
Weather conditions when the event is still held
4. Headset Rental Policy
Silent disco headphones remain the property of Discreet Beats at all times.
By accepting a headset, you agree to:
Return the headset in working condition
Return the assigned headset before leaving the venue
Follow all staff instructions regarding equipment use
Lost, stolen, damaged, or unreturned headsets may result in a replacement fee of up to $100 per headset.
Discreet Beats reserves the right to retain deposits, charge payment methods on file, or pursue recovery of missing equipment.
5. Identification Requirements
Certain events require:
Valid government-issued photo identification
Matching ticket information
Age verification
School IDs, screenshots, altered IDs, or expired identification may not be accepted.
Discreet Beats reserves the right to refuse entry if identification requirements are not met.
6. Age Restrictions
Age restrictions vary by event.
Examples include:
All Ages
16+ with ID
18+
21+ with valid ID
Guests under 18 may require a parent or legal guardian's consent.
Discreet Beats reserves the right to remove underage attendees attempting to access age-restricted areas or services.
No refunds will be issued.
7. Code of Conduct
Discreet Beats is committed to creating a welcoming environment for all guests.
The following behavior is prohibited:
Harassment
Threatening conduct
Fighting
Excessive intoxication
Illegal drug use
Property damage
Theft
Disruptive behavior
Unauthorized sales or solicitation
Any guest violating this Code of Conduct may be removed without refund and may be permanently banned from future events.
8. Assumption of Risk
Attendance at live events involves inherent risks including, but not limited to:
Crowds
Dancing
Loud music
Lighting effects
Lasers
Uneven surfaces
Alcohol consumption by attendees
Slips, trips, falls, and other accidents
By attending any Discreet Beats event, you voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation.
9. Release of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, attendees release and hold harmless Discreet Beats, its owners, employees, contractors, DJs, volunteers, sponsors, venues, and partners from any claims arising from:
Personal injury
Property damage
Loss of personal belongings
Illness
Accidents
Participation in events
This release applies except where prohibited by law.
10. Photography & Media Release
Discreet Beats events may be photographed, livestreamed, or recorded.
By attending an event, you grant Discreet Beats permission to use your image, likeness, voice, and appearance in:
Social media
Advertising
Promotional materials
Website content
Print and digital marketing
No compensation will be provided for such use.
11. Alcohol Policy
Guests consuming alcohol must comply with all venue rules and applicable laws.
Discreet Beats reserves the right to remove any intoxicated guest who presents a safety concern.
No refunds will be issued.
12. Personal Property
Attendees are responsible for their own personal belongings.
Discreet Beats is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal items.
13. Private Events & Rentals
For private bookings:
Deposits may be required
Final guest counts may be due before the event
Balances must be paid according to the signed agreement
Equipment remains the property of Discreet Beats
Specific event contracts take precedence over these Terms where applicable.
14. Intellectual Property
All Discreet Beats branding, logos, graphics, promotional materials, website content, and event concepts remain the property of Discreet Beats.
Unauthorized use is prohibited.
15. Website Use
Users agree not to:
Interfere with website functionality
Upload malicious content
Attempt unauthorized access
Use content without permission
Discreet Beats may suspend or restrict access at its discretion.
16. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, Discreet Beats' total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the applicable service or event.
17. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of the State of Colorado.
Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in El Paso County, Colorado.
